Our passion for sustainability and community development found its home in Detroit, a city that’s as resilient as a dandelion growing through a sidewalk crack. Remodeling houses became reinventing homes. Here, we merge eco-friendly practices with a heart for community, creating a delightful patchwork of green initiative. Urban gardens bloom in vacant lots, transforming them from neglected spaces into lush havens where folks can dig, and plant. Our properties combine all the aspects of the urban environment.
“Reduce and reuse" are fundamental in our rentals. We like to add: "reimagine." We turn old tires into funky planters and discarded wood into whimsical furniture. The air is charged with possibility and creativity, where every quirky idea sparks joy and innovation.
